This group is for both male and female adults struggling with anxiety and depression symptoms. Learn techniques to reduce excessive worry, self doubt, fatigue and gain hope. The overall aim of this group is to improve the relationship you have with yourself so that you can better navigate relationships with others and complete day to day tasks.
